Sue Payne, of Crossing Main Design, has built her career on the art of inspiration through visual merchandising and design. As the Director of Visual Merchandising for well-known brands such as Talbots, Coldwater Creek and Crossing Main, she created the in-store experience to visually express the unique nature of the brand. Her expertise lies in her ability to beautify and elevate the product through merchandising and display while inspiring the consumer with eye-catching color combinations, modern touches and aspirational décor—all in keeping with the personality of the clients she represents.

Sue has a B.A. in Business from Colby College and lives in Milton, Massachusetts with her daughter.
